This is a 2-hour Resiliency Continuing Education training that fulfills the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requirement of completing two hours of resiliency training during each renewal cycle to maintain a water license.

Meet the LEAD instructor
Alicia DIehl, P.E., PhD
Alicia has a strong technical and regulatory background in drinking water treatment and distribution. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, as well as a Master’s degree and PhD from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas.
Alicia spent 20 years at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), where she worked directly with public water systems on drinking water treatment, distribution system issues, disinfection practices, coliform monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Her career has focused on protecting public health through practical, science-based application of drinking water regulations.
