William “Buddy” Heuberger is a TCEQ-licensed Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester and Master Plumber with 50+ years of experience. He is an OSHA and University of Texas Authorized Trainer and a Course Provider for the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. for 14 seconds
